The Boys: Trigger Warning Is Coming to Meta Quest 3 and PSVR2 Next Year

Fight the Supes in the Boys: Trigger Warning

ARVORE and Sony Pictures Virtual Reality have joined forces to create the first official game based on the acclaimed series The Boys. The result is The Boys: Trigger Warning, a virtual reality title that invites players to step directly into the show’s violent and unpredictable world. Pre-orders are now open on Meta Quest 3 at a limited promotional price of 23.99 USD. It is also available for wishlist on PlayStation VR2 ahead of its 2026 release.

The project is developed with direct involvement from the series’ creators and features several returning cast members. The story follows an original character whose routine family trip unravels after uncovering a disturbing secret hidden by Vought. A sudden transformation forces the character into the role of a Supe. This sets the stage for an infiltration mission with The Boys. The game mixes stealth and action while maintaining the dark humor and sharp tone that define the franchise. It offers a new narrative that fits naturally within the established universe.

The cast includes Laz Alonso as Mother’s Milk, Colby Minifie as Ashley Barrett, and P.J. Byrne as Adam Bourke. Jensen Ackles also appears as a twisted version of Soldier Boy created specifically for the game. According to Ricardo Justus, Founder and Head of Studio at ARVORE, working closely with the writers and cast helped preserve the series’ intensity and distinct personality. Lance Sloane, Senior Vice President of Virtual Reality at Sony Pictures Entertainment, noted that the collaboration supports a more ambitious approach to immersive storytelling.

The Boys: Trigger Warning demonstrates the impact of combining a major entertainment franchise with an award-winning VR studio. It presents a blend of story and physical interaction that reflects the strengths of both partners, creating an experience shaped with care for fans and newcomers alike.
