The American Oaks is one of the most respected races for three-year-old fillies. It offers a purse of $300,000 and covers 1 ¼ miles on the famous Santa Anita turf course. The race began in 2002 as the American Oaks Invitational Stakes and gained international G1 status two years later. Since then, it has drawn steady attention from fans in the United States and many other regions.

The 2025 edition will feature the Cygames name throughout the event. The company’s logo will appear on the race program, the large screen at the track, and the saddle cloths used by the competing horses.

Santa Anita Park General Manager Nate Newby noted that the American Oaks brings together the strength of both North American and international racing. He explained that working with Cygames supports the track’s goal of presenting racing to a broader global audience. Hence, creating memorable sports and entertainment moments.

Cygames’s President Koichi Watanabe shared that the company views this sponsorship as an important chance to introduce its creative work to more people. He expressed that expanding the company’s reach is part of its long-term vision. And that supporting a celebrated event is a meaningful step toward contributing to the growth of entertainment and racing culture.
