Battle Suit Aces Launches October 7 on Steam, Switch, and PS5

Face the Threats in Battle Suit Aces

Trinket Studios is teaming up with Outersloth to release Battle Suit Aces on October 7 for Steam, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5. As one of the first games funded through Outersloth’s indie initiative, this mecha-focused card-battling RPG promises a blend of heartfelt storytelling and strategic gameplay. Take a look at the official release date announcement trailer below.

The game invites players to lead a scrappy crew against a star-consuming menace in a vibrant, hand-drawn universe. With a cast of more than 50 fully voiced characters, every encounter offers personality and depth. The branching narrative changes based on which factions you choose to support. As well as the relationships you build, ensuring that no two adventures play out the same way.

Combat unfolds through a streamlined 5 versus 5 card system designed to keep battles fast yet tactically rewarding. Players can recruit ace pilots, upgrade and customize 30 unique mecha Battle Suits. They can even optimize strategies by rearranging their ship’s layout using the Pilot Placement System. Outside of combat, you will develop friendships, craft upgrades, and explore over 50 story-driven missions. It ranges from tense rivalries to surreal, dreamlike conflicts.

The game’s dynamic soundtrack, featuring more than 25 original tracks by Carlos Eiene, and accessibility options like colorblind mode, adjustable text sizes, and controller remapping round out an experience built for both depth and inclusivity.

Combining Trinket Studios’ signature art style with deep card mechanics and rich character interactions, Battle Suit Aces is ready to offer a fresh and replayable take on the RPG genre when it arrives on October 7 for PC and consoles.
