Feel the Suspense in Concierge
KODINO Artes and Digital Tribe Games have announced that Concierge, their genre-defying suspense game, will launch on September 17, 2025, on Steam. To build anticipation, the team released a new gameplay trailer, offering the most in-depth look yet into the game’s bizarre realities and twisted mechanics.
The trailer highlights fresh environments from across the game’s abstract narrative. It teases players with glimpses of a rundown hotel filled with secrets. All while showcasing a chaotic blend of puzzle types and a survival sequence involving sound-based threats and creeping shadows. Check it out right below.
Described as a cryptic and nonlinear experience, Concierge immerses players in a decaying hotel composed of six distinct realities. Each world comes with its own tone, rules, and psychological challenges. Players must navigate warped timelines, solve puzzles, and meet unsettling guests. Some of them may communicate in riddles, while others remain eerily silent. But the twist is that they have a fragmented identity and must do the task with only a flickering camcorder.
“We wanted to make Concierge truly unpredictable and mysterious in a fundamental sense — not something for people who know exactly what they want in a game”, said Yan Boente, co-creator at KODINO Artes. “How surprising can a game be if you know, before you even buy it, what the structure of the story is, how you interact with the mechanics, how everything works? We want players to walk a blurred line between anxiety and curiosity, and to explore this abstract, disorienting world out of a sense of intrigue, not obligation.”
With its surreal design, abstract storytelling, and unconventional gameplay, Concierge promises a mysterious and mind-bending journey unlike anything else.
