Legends Of Amberland III: The Crimson Tower Opens For Wishlisting

Legends Of Amberland Is Coming Soon

Silver Lemur Games has officially opened wishlisting for Legends of Amberland III: The Crimson Tower on Steam and GOG. The third entry in the nostalgic RPG series is currently in development and will launch first on PC platforms, followed by a release on Nintendo Switch and potentially other consoles. Like previous titles, it runs smoothly on Steam Deck and is fully playable on Linux and macOS through emulation or compatibility layers.

Legends of Amberland: III The Crimson Tower

Legends of Amberland III: The Crimson Tower continues the series’ tradition of honoring classic 90s western RPGs such as Might and Magic, Ultima, Wizardry, and the Gold Box games. It features a first-person perspective, grid-based movement, and turn-based combat across a vast open world. Fast travel and quick combat options help streamline the adventure.

Players will guide a party of seven heroes, either custom-built or pre-made, through a lighthearted, fairy tale-inspired journey to confront a growing evil in Amberland. With its heroic tone and touches of humor, the game avoids excessive grinding or lengthy playtime, staying true to its roots as a love letter to the golden age of RPGs.

Built to look and feel like a classic while running seamlessly on modern hardware, Legends of Amberland III supports high resolutions and maintains extremely low system requirements, making it accessible even on older PCs.

Newcomers to the series can jump in at any point, as each title offers a self-contained story within the shared world and lore. While returning players may spot subtle references to earlier entries, no prior knowledge is required to enjoy the adventure.
