Nintendo Confirms Animal Crossing Lego Sets Will Be Coming Next Year
Nintendo has officially confirmed that Lego sets inspired by the beloved Animal Crossing series are in the works.
This delightful collaboration was initially hinted at by Lego enthusiasts who discovered clues about five forthcoming Animal Crossing sets. These sets, with prices ranging from $15 to $75, are anticipated to hit the market in March 2024.
Animal Crossing has been a resounding success for Nintendo, with the latest installment, New Horizons. In addition, It has become the second best-selling game on the Nintendo Switch, boasting a staggering 42.79 million copies sold as of June 2023. It follows closely behind Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (55.46 million) and surpasses titles like Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and Super Mario Odyssey.
Lego has experienced its own triumphs in the realm of video game-themed sets, with the Super Mario line and intricate creations like the Lego NES, Mario Question Block, and Bowser sets.
