Attention Relic Hunters. It’s time for your first foray into a time-twisting, galaxy-spanning, adventure. Prepare to lock and load, and also prepare for loot. Today, Gearbox Publishing and developer Rogue Snail are happy to announce the closed beta for their upcoming looter-shooter, Relic Hunters Legend. Running from July 20th-July 24th, the beta gives players a chance to experience a variety of missions in both solo and co-op. A press release provides more details on the game. Relic Hunters Legend introduces players to a galaxy full of interesting characters and deep lore. Of course, players step into the shoes of Relic Hunters, specifically starting as the mysterious character Seven. As Relic Hunters players will adventure across various missions and locations, looting new items and unlocking more characters. Importantly, each Relic Hunter that players unlock comes with their own unique skills and playstyles so that players can find the one that best suits them. Furthermore, players don’t have to embark on top-down looting and shooting alone. Relic Hunters Legend allows players to group up with friends and partake in missions specifically designed for multiplayer. Of course, each mission offers players a chance to collect stronger weapons, gear, and more to increase their power.Â
