Time for a Bloody Halloween
Tis the season for spooky and scary. Of course, it’s also the time of year to put the undead back in the ground where they belong. Today, developer and publisher Tripwire Interactive is happy to announce the annual Halloween update for their FPS, zombie slaying, game, Killing Floor 2. The update, Blood and Bonfires, brings some scary new things to look forward to. A press release provides details on the update. Additionally, a new trailer for the update gives players a look at all that will arrive with Blood and Bonfires.
Running from October 13th to November 10th, Blood and Bonfires is bringing a wide variety of new content to the game. The event brings with it everything from a new map, to new weapons and quality of life changes. Importantly, the changes will make it easier to kill zeds with your friends. Of course, players can look forward to slaughtering zombies on the new map: Barmwich Town.
A standard survival map, Barmwich town introduces players to a mysterious medieval town. However, it is obviously infested with zombies. Yet, players can look forward to exploring the new map and using the new paid weapons the Blood Sickle, G36C Assault Rifle, and the new free weapons HRG Locust and the HRG DragonsBlaze. Of course, players can get a look at everything in the new trailer for the update.
The Blood and Bonfires update for Killing Floor 2 is available now. Players can jump right into the Halloween action on Xbox One, Xbox One X, PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam. So, are you ready for a bloody good time?
