WRC Generations Has Been Delayed Until Early November
Nacon is a major video game publisher involved in the release of several titles such as Steelrising and Vampire: The Masquerade. Nacon has partnered with indie developer KT Racing to release WRC Generations. Unfortunately, the companies have had to announce a delay of the game’s release date from October 13th to November 3rd. The game is set to release on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. It will release on the Nintendo Switch at a later date.
In the upcoming game, racers will have a chance to switch to modern, hybrid vehicles, which will offer new challenges. Players must be able to adapt to strategies, performance and make tough decisions to guide their team to victory. Furthermore, players will have access to more content than ever in a rally game including special stages, forty-nine teams and over one-hundred legendary cars. Additionally, players will be able to lead a team in-game and manage them to victory on the track. The new League Mode also allows players to challenge others at their level in competitive action. Players can vie to move up the ladder and become the best racer in the world.
Unfortunately, video game delays have been a common occurrence over the past year. Fans have seen the impact of the pandemic first hand on video game development as titles such as Marvel’s Midnight Suns and Skull & Bones, from major studios, were delayed to facilitate further works.
