Tribes of Midgard Season 3 Starts August 16th
Tribes of Midgard Season 3 is coming next month. Things will heat up within the game as the third season is of the Inferno Saga is adding Volcanic Spire to the map. When players start their Season 3 journey, they will come across a biome spewing with lava and fiery foes.
Tribes of Midgard fans already know that the Inferno Saga will center around the newest biome. Players need to obtain pieces of the Muspelite to be able to venture into this new location and fight against its threats.
Season 3 is also introducing a revamped central game mode calling it Survival 2.0. Aside from that, the game will also feature fishing and adding spears as a new weapon type. All of these new things will be available to Tribes of Midgard fans on August 16th. To make the release even better, it is also making its way to Xbox and Nintendo Switch platforms.
Interestingly, the Inferno Saga is going to do away with the traditional village and its villagers for the Survival 2.0 update. It will now be much easier for players to take use dwarven tools to build their own homes and play through the game as they fit. After all, there will no longer be any Jotnar attacks threatening them.Â
Prior to the update, they had to stay at the center of the map to do just that. This is an effective way of offering more flexibility to Tribes of Midgard players. They can now decide which approach to take when tackling the Sagas that await them.
Season 3: Inferno Saga is going to be a free update to existing players. All of the Saga content offered in the Wolf and Serpent Sagas will still be available alongside the Inferno Saga content.
