Not Quite Broken Enough
Not too long ago, Modus Games revealed new gameplay footage of their upcoming horror game Remothered: Broken Porcelain. It is the follow-up to 2018’s Remothered: Tormented Fathers. As an extension to the story and world of Remothered, fans are excited to take on the role of Jen in Broken Porcelain. However, that excitement will have to be tempered. Publisher Modus Games has announced that Remothered: Broken Porcelain will have to be delayed a couple of months in order to deliver the game they want to make.
In an announcement yesterday, Modus Games posted a development update saying that the game will be pushed back from its original August 25th release date. They say it largely has to do with “the current global situation”, which is understandable; many games have been delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic. With its revised plans, Remothered: Broken Porcelain will be launching in late October, which is considered to be the spookiest of months, so it works out. For those of us who are chased by creatures and supernatural beings during that month, you will feel right at home at the Ashmann Inn.
If you are interested in the upcoming game, but want to experience the first one, Remothered: Tormented Fathers is out now on PC, Xbox One, PS4, and Nintendo Switch. Remothered: Broken Porcelain will be available on October 20th, also for PC, Xbox One, PS4, and Nintendo Switch.
