Now while that’s already a huge accomplishment on its own, it’s even bigger when you see it side by side with Fortnite. In comparison, it took Fortnite just over four months to amass the same player base. Of course it’s not hard to see just how quickly Apex Legends has grown since launch, as it reached one million players in the first eight hours, 10 million within the first 3 days, and 25 million after the first week. And while it seems the growth has slowed down a bit from the beginning, the launch of the popular battle royale has also helped EAs stock bounce back, and it’s even brought players back to Titanfall 2.
It will be interesting to see just how much more success Apex Legends will see in the near future and whether or not it’s sustainable. What do you think? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below and don’t forget to keep it locked for updates!
