Rev Your Engines for Hot Wheels Infinite Rush
Milestone and Mattel, Inc. have officially launched Hot Wheels Infinite Rush, bringing the iconic toy cars into a larger racing adventure. The game is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, ROG Xbox Ally, ROG Xbox Ally X, and PC through Steam, the Microsoft Store, and the Epic Games Store.
Unlike previous Hot Wheels experiences that focus heavily on orange tracks, Infinite Rush takes players into a toy-sized open world built around racing, exploration, collecting, and customization. The game features four interconnected islands, each offering its own environments, races, activities, obstacles, and hidden collectibles.
Players can explore locations such as the busy streets of Wheelswood, the industrial Gearville, the natural landscapes of Tentacle Bay, and the neon-filled Drifty Temples. More than 150 vehicles are available at launch, including Hot Wheels Originals and real-world automotive icons.
The game also introduces four vehicle classes: Drifters, Speeders, Titans, and Versatiles. Players can build a four-car Rush Squad and quickly switch between vehicles depending on the challenge.
Customization plays a major role, with Sticker and Livery editors allowing players to personalize their cars, wheels, boost effects, and sounds. The Track Builder also lets players create and share their own racing routes.
For multiplayer fans, Infinite Rush supports cross-play on supported platforms and local split-screen for up to four players. Nintendo Switch 2 has platform-specific limitations, including no cross-play.
