Whether Scorpio Will Be Shown before E3 Is up in the Air
We go back to our main Xbox man and his communications to us via Twitter. In a new series of tweets, Phil Spencer does his best to ease fan curiosities and sorrow. Following the cancellation of Scalebound, it’s no wonder gamers look for news to fill the dragon-sized hole in their hearts. Particularly, they look for good tiding from Scorpio, whether it will get a pre-E3 showing.
@Sn4kee @BeastFireTimdog Honestly not sure yet but I know people want this.

Yes, people want to see Scorpio. We need to see Scorpio. And although Phil Spencer could not confirm any showing before E3, he gave us a positive heads up on development.
@BeastFireTimdog Absolutely, great that our 1st party teams are getting engines up and tuned, great progress across studios, platform and hw

Since Phil Spencer has a hype-inducing head on his shoulders, he may have other surprises in store at E3. He all but confirmed new treats for the gamers in his next tweet. Although much of the Xbox hype this year has revolved around Scorpio, nearly all of it, there’s always hope for new first-party titles. Let’s face it, it’s what we need. The best we can probably hope for is new games to be released in conjunction with Scorpio. Possibly ones that fully utilize the new system’s powerful features. All speculation at this point.
@KAKAROT_BCN I understand that people like new things at E3.

We don’t know what to expect on the road to E3, but hopefully there will be plenty of reveals when June arrives. There’s five months between now and then, so gamers will have to hold on. At the very least, all the news surrounding Scorpio has been positive. And we’ll continue to deliver more as it comes. Just stay tuned to COGconnected.
