WanderersTip Turns Accidentally Joining a Cult Into a Stealth Adventure

Get Out of the Island in WanderersTip

Joining a cult probably isn’t on most people’s list of things to do on vacation, but that’s exactly where WanderersTip finds its protagonist. CuriousQuestor has announced the quirky stealth adventure, which puts players on a mysterious island after they accidentally become part of a cult.

Getting out won’t be easy. To earn a ticket off the island, players will have to help the cult achieve its goals while quietly looking for a way to escape. That means blending in with the other members, navigating maze-like areas, and avoiding enemies who are more observant than they might first appear.

Getting spotted can quickly turn things sideways. Enemies will attack when they see you, but they also remember what happened and can communicate with one another. A mistake with one enemy could therefore make things considerably harder the next time you pass through the area.

When sneaking around isn’t enough, players can also fight their way through encounters. The game combines stealth, exploration, combat, and an intentionally absurd sense of humor as its central ideas.

And yes, there are a lot of ducks. Sort of.

WanderersTip proudly advertises “constant duck mentions” and even tells players to “Attack, hide, and duck!” There’s one small catch: there are currently no ducks in the game, and players can’t actually duck.

With its strange premise and equally strange sense of humor, WanderersTip could be an interesting one to watch as CuriousQuestor reveals more about the game.
