Neon Abyss 2 Is Blasting Out of Early Access in Fall 2026 on PC and Consoles

Prepare for a Wild Descent in Neon Abyss 2

Neon Abyss 2 is getting ready to leave Early Access and make its full debut on PC and consoles later this year. During the Future Games Show, Veewo Games confirmed that the chaotic cyberpunk roguelike will launch its full 1.0 version in fall 2026.

After spending time in Early Access on Steam, the game will also arrive on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. It will be available day one through Game Pass, giving console players another way to jump into its fast-paced action.

Neon Abyss 2 puts players on a revenge-fueled journey through New Athens and into the Abyss, a colorful world that mixes cyberpunk aesthetics with mythology. Death comes easily here, but surviving the dangerous depths is where the real challenge begins. Players will face a variety of ancient and modern gods while battling their way through increasingly chaotic encounters.

Since entering Early Access in 2025, the game has continued to evolve based on player feedback. Major updates such as Fatal Carnival and Glimmer Heist have introduced new bosses, weapon rarities and affixes, additional agents, and fresh game modes.

The original four-player co-op experience also gives players plenty of freedom when it comes to combat, whether they prefer powerful melee weapons or a wide range of firearms.

With the trusty Hatchmon by their side, players will soon have even more reasons to dive into the Abyss. Veewo Games is continuing to polish the game and add new content ahead of launch. It looks like the Abyss is about to get even more chaotic.
