Lost & Found: A This Bed We Made Story Is Coming to Steam This Week

A New Mystery Awaits in Lost & Found: A This Bed We Made Story

Lowbirth Games has announced that Lost & Found: A This Bed We Made Story, a standalone DLC set in the world of its acclaimed narrative mystery game This Bed We Made, will launch on August 5 on Steam.

Unlike traditional expansions, Lost & Found can be enjoyed without owning or playing the original game, making it an accessible entry point for newcomers while also offering returning fans a fresh chapter in Sophie Roy’s story.

Lost & Found: A This Bed We Made Story

Set in 1964, several years after the events of This Bed We Made, the new adventure follows Sophie as she begins working as a stewardess aboard a transatlantic ship. However, her fresh start quickly takes a mysterious turn when passengers’ belongings begin disappearing. Unable to ignore her curious nature, Sophie begins investigating the strange incidents, uncovering hidden secrets and unexpected twists.

The original This Bed We Made introduced players to Sophie as a hotel maid whose habit of snooping through guests’ belongings uncovered a darker mystery. The game gained a strong following after launch, selling nearly 250,000 copies and attracting attention from players, content creators, and media outlets.

Lost & Found delivers another narrative-driven mystery, offering a compact 1–2 hour experience centered on exploration, investigation, and environmental storytelling. Players can search personal spaces, clean up messes, and piece together clues while meeting a new cast of characters. Those who played the original game can also import previous choices, with select decisions carrying over into the new story.

To celebrate the launch, Lowbirth Games will offer Lost & Found at a 15% discount during its first week, while This Bed We Made will also receive a 50% Steam discount for newcomers.

With a fresh setting and Sophie returning to solve another mystery, Lost & Found looks set to deliver another engaging detective adventure for narrative game fans.
