House 2 Opens Its Doors on Steam With a Brand-New Horror Adventure

Welcome to House 2

Indie horror fans have a new nightmare to experience as Bark Bark Games and publisher Glowstick Entertainment have officially released House 2 on PC via Steam. The sequel to the 2020 cult horror title is available now for $19.99.

House 2

Set during a violent storm, House 2 follows Tabby as she becomes trapped once again inside a cursed home that twists and changes around her. Players must uncover the truth behind the family’s terrifying curse. All while navigating a living house that reacts to every decision they make. The game features non-linear progression and multiple endings. And the choices that you make can determine the fate of Tabby, Melody, and the rest of their family.

One of the biggest changes in the sequel is its striking new hand-drawn storybook art style. It completely replaces the original game’s retro pixel aesthetic. The haunting visuals are paired with interactive environments, where experimenting with different tools and items is essential for survival. Even your loyal snail companion, Marty, has a role to play in the eerie adventure.

Beyond the horror, players can also unwind with PS1-inspired minigames available on the in-game BarkStation, including Kimiko’s Curse 2. Of course, failure comes at a cost, with gruesome deaths brought to life through a variety of beautifully animated hand-drawn sequences.

With its unsettling atmosphere, meaningful choices, and memorable visual style, House 2 looks like a worthy sequel that horror fans won’t want to miss.
