Enter the Nightmarish World of MORAX: A Horror Story
Meshcut, an independent game development studio based in Melbourne, has officially launched MORAX: A Horror Story, a dark, narrative-driven horror adventure now available on the Google Play Store and iOS App Store. Designed for mobile players who crave atmosphere and psychological tension, the game drops players into a disturbing world shaped by fractured memories, isolation, and relentless dread.

In MORAX, players awaken inside a crumbling, abandoned building with no recollection of who they are or how they arrived. Death surrounds them, and the silence feels just as threatening as the horrors stalking the shadows. Guiding a nameless protagonist through ruined corridors and unsettling environments, players must uncover fragments of a forgotten past. All while avoiding unseen dangers that grow more menacing with every step. Blood stains the path forward, and each revelation comes at a devastating cost.
According to Game Director Mahdi Fanaei, Meshcut aimed to push mobile horror beyond jump scares by prioritizing mood, storytelling, and sustained psychological pressure. The team adopted an episodic structure to create a serialized nightmare that evolves, steadily expanding its mysteries and raising the stakes with each new chapter.
MORAX: A Horror Story will unfold across seven total episodes. New content will be released monthly to keep players engaged and invested in its chilling narrative. Episode 1 is available now for free, allowing players to experience the opening chapter without barriers. Episodes 2 and 3 are also available for purchase, continuing the descent into the game’s disturbing world.
MORAX: A Horror Story is available to download now on both the Google Play Store and the iOS App Store.
