MineGeon: Renegades Delayed to July 28 as Developers Focus On Enhancing the Experience

Descend Into the Depths in Minegeon: Renegades

Kickstone Studio has announced that MineGeon: Renegades will now launch on July 28, pushing its release back by two weeks from the original July 14 date. According to the developers, the extra development time will be used to polish the game and implement improvements based on feedback gathered during its recent Steam Next Fest demo.

MineGeon: Renegades

MineGeon: Renegades is a sci-fi co-op action game that sends players deep beneath the mysterious planet PAIMO. Whether playing solo or with up to two friends, players will battle relentless Scavengers, mine valuable resources, and uncover the secrets hidden within the planet’s dangerous underground world.

The game features three playable Renegades, each with their own unique combat style and abilities. Players can choose between Trevor the Gunslinger, Marshall the Tank, and Ari the Engineer while experimenting with different weapon combinations, gadgets, and powerful ultimate abilities to create unique builds for every run.

Exploration also plays a major role, with six handcrafted biomes filled with hostile enemies, ancient technology, environmental hazards, and hidden lore. Every expedition offers randomized upgrades, branching paths, and unpredictable encounters, ensuring that no two journeys feel the same. Between missions, players can also customize their spaceship by collecting over 200 decorative items, organizing their base, and even visiting other players’ ships online.

While delays are never ideal, the additional time should help Kickstone Studio deliver a more refined experience when MineGeon: Renegades finally arrives later this month.
