Prepare to Enter the Battlefield in Hell Let Loose: Vietnam
Team17 and Expression Games have officially delayed the release of Hell Let Loose: Vietnam, pushing its launch to August 13. The title was originally scheduled to arrive digitally on June 18, but the developers have opted to take additional time following feedback from recent Closed and Open Beta tests.

According to a joint statement from the teams, the delay comes after extensive evaluation of both player feedback and internal playtesting across PC and console versions. “In addition to your feedback, we have also been carrying out intensive internal playtests for both the PC and console versions of Hell Let Loose: Vietnam and we have identified several areas where additional development time will allow us to deliver a stronger launch experience,”
The developers emphasized that the extra time will help ensure the game meets expected quality standards at release. “Therefore, after careful consideration, we have decided to delay launch to August 13th. This will ensure that Hell Let Loose: Vietnam launches at the quality level we expect and you deserve.”
The game aims to deliver a large-scale, immersive multiplayer experience set during one of history’s most intense conflicts. Featuring 50v50 battles, the game focuses heavily on teamwork, tactical coordination, and the strategic use of weaponry to dominate the battlefield.
While the delay may disappoint eager players, it reflects a growing trend of developers prioritizing polish over rushed releases. If the additional development time pays off, it could arrive as a more refined and engaging experience when it launches this August.
