MapleStory: Idle RPG Adds Wind Archer and Night Walker in Major Cygnus Knights Update

MapleStory: Idle RPG Just Got Much Bigger

NEXON has released a major new update for MapleStory: Idle RPG, bringing the fan-favorite Cygnus Knights into the mobile idle RPG for the first time. The update introduces two new playable classes, fresh events, powerful rewards, and a tougher Boss Raid challenge, giving both new and returning players plenty of reasons to jump back into the game.

MapleStory: Idle RPG

Inspired by the classic MapleStory universe, MapleStory: Idle RPG blends nostalgic characters and locations with idle gameplay, allowing players to continue progressing even while offline. Players can also collect gear, upgrade skills, and customize their characters for a rewarding RPG experience.

The biggest addition is the arrival of the Wind Archer and Night Walker classes. The Wind Archer commands the power of the spirit Storm to unleash wind-based attacks, while the Night Walker uses the spirit Darkness to strike enemies with swift shadow abilities.

Players can also take part in several limited-time events. The Character Growth Event, running until September 23, rewards newly created characters with progression materials and Growth Potions as they reach key level milestones.

Meanwhile, the Daily Burning Field Booster Event runs until August 12, offering boosters that summon exclusive monsters for massive experience gains. Starting August 1, the Monthly Attendance Event lets players earn rewards for completing daily missions, including a random Legendary Artifact on the 28th day.

The update also expands the Horntail Boss Raid with a new Chaos difficulty, rewarding successful players with the Chaos Horntail Necklace and additional growth resources.

MapleStory: Idle RPG is available now on iOS and Android. With new classes, rewarding events, and a tougher boss challenge, this update offers plenty for both newcomers and longtime fans.
