Carnival Hunt has officially launched in Steam Early Access, giving horror fans a chance to jump into its eerie multiplayer experience ahead of the full release. Carnival Hunt is a 5v1 first-person asymmetrical horror game set inside a creepy mechanical carnival filled with danger at every turn. One player steps into the role of the terrifying Monster, while the remaining five players control fragile wind-up Rabbits who must work together to survive and escape.
Rather than fighting back, Rabbit players need to rely on teamwork, stealth, and careful planning. They must complete objectives, avoid the Monster, and make smart use of the limited resources scattered throughout the carnival. Every decision matters, especially when the Monster is always hunting nearby.
One of the game’s most unique features is its wind-up mechanic. The Rabbits slowly lose power as time passes and need special keys to keep moving. However, winding yourself or helping a teammate creates noise that can alert the Monster to your location. This creates constant tension, forcing players to decide whether helping others is worth the risk.
