Run Your Very Own Motel in Hotel Simulator
Two Horizons S.A. has officially revealed its next project, Hotel Simulator, bringing a fresh take on the simulation genre to Steam. The studio, best known for Hotel Renovator, which has surpassed 450,000 copies sold across PC and consoles, is now aiming to push its formula further with a more immersive and expansive experience.

Set in the familiar town of Winston Springs, players will step into the role of a motel owner. Their main goal is building a successful hospitality business from the ground up. The game places strong emphasis on guest satisfaction, where every visitor comes with unique expectations. From the moment guests check in to their final review, each interaction plays a direct role in shaping the motel’s reputation and long-term success.
Unlike a traditional management simulator, Hotel Simulator focuses on creating a more dynamic and realistic experience. Players will begin with a modest motel and gradually expand into a network of larger hotel properties across multiple locations. This progression reflects the challenges and rewards of running a real-world hospitality business, combining hands-on management with broader strategic growth.
The developers have also highlighted their commitment to community-driven development. Feedback from players of Hotel Renovator has already influenced key design decisions. The team also plans to continue this approach by sharing regular updates through Steam devlogs and gameplay showcases.
With its blend of detailed management systems and open-ended expansion, Hotel Simulator is shaping up to be a notable evolution for the studio. If executed well, it could stand out as one of the more ambitious entries in the simulation genre.
