MONGIL: STAR DIVE Is Launching on 15th April
Netmarble has announced that it will host a special online showcase titled “FIRST DIVE SHOW” for its upcoming monster-taming action RPG MONGIL: STAR DIVE. The event is scheduled for April 8 at 6:00 PM (KST) and will be streamed through the game’s official YouTube channels, offering players an early look ahead of its global launch on April 15.
The showcase will focus on introducing core elements of the game, giving viewers a closer look at its world, systems, and overall design. Players can expect details on the fantasy setting of Bellana, along with insights into the game’s combat mechanics and its Monsterling Collection system, which plays a central role in progression.
Alongside the announcement, Netmarble has released a new teaser highlighting the game’s global presence. The video showcases its appearances at major gaming events such as Gamescom, Tokyo Game Show, Brazil Game Show, G-STAR, and GDC, reflecting the growing anticipation surrounding the title.
Netmarble is also expanding its community efforts through the “Netmarble Partner Creator Plus” program, with applications open until April 12. This initiative allows content creators to produce content around the game, while players can support them through in-game purchases.
MONGIL: STAR DIVE serves as the sequel to the 2013 mobile hit Monster Taming. Built using Unreal Engine 5, the game features cinematic storytelling and fast-paced real-time combat built around a three-character tag system. Pre-registration is now live, with rewards including the character Francis and additional in-game items such as Summoning Tickets.
