JOIN US Introduces Teaching System in Its Second Trailer

Get a Deeper Glimpse of JOIN US

The indie game studio Wolf Haus Games has unveiled the second trailer for its upcoming PC title, JOIN US. It’s a darkly satirical, story-driven survival game where players build and lead their own doomsday cult ahead of the apocalypse.

Expanding on familiar survival mechanics, it allows players to recruit followers, gather resources, and shape their ideology from the ground up. You can enjoy the game solo or with up to four players in co-op, either in an open-ended sandbox mode or through a scripted narrative campaign that runs over 15 hours.

The new trailer highlights the game’s Teaching system, a dynamic skill tree that lets players combine beliefs and doctrines to define their cult’s identity. Whether players want to lead moon-worshipping cannibals, alien devotees who ride bears, or something even stranger, the system encourages experimentation and emergent storytelling.

Developed by a 10-person team based in Montreal, JOIN US marks the debut project from Wolf Haus Games. The studio draws inspiration from grindhouse cinema, dark comedy, demanding gameplay systems, and narrative-focused survival experiences.

The first trailer premiered in September 2025, and since then, JOIN US has amassed more than 200,000 wishlists on Steam. It even sparked widespread online conversation for its provocative and absurd tone. The debut trailer alone has drawn over 10 million views across official channels and user reposts. The team created both trailers entirely in-engine using gameplay footage, and they are developing the game in Unreal Engine 5.7. You can show some love and support by wishlisting it right now on Steam and the Epic Games Store.
