JOIN US Showcases Its Doomsday Cult in a New Trailer

JOIN US Is Coming Out This Fall

Wolf Haus Games has released the second trailer for JOIN US, its upcoming darkly satirical, story-driven survival game that puts players in charge of building and running their own doomsday cult. Blending survival mechanics with narrative depth, JOIN US supports solo play or 2 to 4 player co-op, allowing groups to grow their cult from scratch in either a sandbox mode or a scripted campaign that runs over 15 hours.

The new trailer spotlights the Teaching system, a flexible skill tree that lets players combine beliefs to shape their cult’s identity. Whether forming a band of moon-worshipping cannibals or alien devotees who ride bears, players can tailor doctrines and abilities to match their vision.

Created by a 10-person Montreal team inspired by grindhouse cinema and dark comedy, JOIN US marks the studio’s debut project. Since unveiling its first trailer in September 2025, the game has surpassed 200,000 wishlists on Steam and generated widespread attention for its outrageous tone. The original trailer has amassed more than 10 million views across platforms. Both trailers were captured entirely in-engine using gameplay footage, with development powered by Unreal Engine 5.7.

In the game, players establish a new cult chapter in a fictional rural U.S. county. While The Leader offers guidance, players command the operation by recruiting followers, designing beliefs, expanding their compound, and defending it from hostile locals. With resources dwindling and the apocalypse looming, followers become the cult’s most valuable asset. Through propaganda, force, or firepower, including flamethrowers and battle-pigs, players must grow their flock and secure their dominion before the end arrives.

JOIN US will launch on Steam and the Epic Games Store, with offline single-player and peer-to-peer co-op available at release.
