Bloodletter Enters Steam Early Access Today With a Dark Strategic Twist

Step Inside the Grim World of Bloodletter

Bloodletter has officially launched into Early Access, giving players their first chance to experience the medieval-inspired strategy deckbuilder from Berlin-based studio ALDAMAMI GAMES. The game is now available on Steam for €12.49, with a limited-time 20% launch discount running until April 6.

Alongside the Early Access release, ALDAMAMI GAMES has shared a detailed public roadmap outlining what players can expect leading up to the full 1.0 launch later this year. Planned updates include new bosses, fresh environments, expanded soundtracks, and additional content designed to deepen the overall experience.

Bloodletter blends strategic deckbuilding with themes inspired by tarot, medieval medicine, and historical superstition. Players build and customize a deck of cards to treat villagers suffering from mysterious afflictions caused by dark entities. As trust is earned, villagers contribute their own unique abilities, opening up new ways to strengthen healing strategies and push back against the spreading corruption.

The gameplay unfolds through a dynamic day-night cycle. During the day, players focus on healing villagers and improving their deck. When night falls, a sinister force spreads disease and influence, forcing players to adapt and prepare for the challenges of the next day. This loop creates a steady rhythm of strategy, risk, and progression.

The game launches with support for multiple languages, including English, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, French, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, making it accessible to a wide global audience.
