Roadhouse Simulator is a first-person simulation set along the legendary Route 66. Players take control of the uncle during his early years, long before the gas station days, starting as a bouncer in a rundown roadside bar. From these rough beginnings, the goal is to climb the ranks and eventually take full control of the roadhouse, navigating a hostile environment filled with unruly customers, rival biker gangs, and constant pressure from the law.
The gameplay blends business management with hands-on action. Players will pour drinks, work the grill, manage supplies, hire staff, and steadily expand the roadhouse and its surrounding area. Physical confrontations play a key role, with close-quarters combat against one or multiple opponents, alongside alternative methods to defuse conflicts before they turn violent.
Biker gangs are both a threat and a potential asset. Dealing with them can unlock illicit supply routes and new opportunities, but risky choices may attract the attention of the local sheriff. Inspections, fines, and shutdowns are real dangers, forcing careful decision-making.
