Things Are Getting Wild in Bounce Castle
Indie developer Robot Monkey Brain has released the Steam demo for Bounce Castle ahead of Steam Next Fest, which runs from February 23 to March 2. The announcement arrives alongside a new animated trailer that highlights the game’s physics-driven, turn-based strategy combat in signature fashion, that is, fast, frantic, and delightfully chaotic.
The demo offers hands-on access to two full Regions from the final game: the Forest and the Castle. Each Region includes three Standard Chambers and one challenging Boss Chamber, giving players a total of eight Chambers to conquer. Every run randomly selects from a pool of six unique Chamber layouts per Region. This offers a glimpse of the replayability and variety planned for the full release later this year.

Bounce Castle blends physics-based mechanics with tactical RPG elements. Players carefully aim and sling their team of heroes across trap-filled arenas, chaining skills and abilities to defeat enemies. All while safeguarding the vital Flow Crystals that power their squad. Success demands precision, smart planning, and a willingness to embrace chaos.
Each Region presents hazards, puzzles, and strategic encounters that culminate in a climactic boss battle against members of the rigid organization known as The Order. Along the way, players collect gold coins to spend at a traveling merchant, upgrading hero abilities between runs. With limited resources and escalating dangers, from goblins and slimes to deadly traps, every ricochet carries risk. Each bounce pushes players closer to the ultimate showdown in the forsaken Throne Room.
