Today, Level Infinite and developer KUKRGAME are happy to announce the launch of their survival horror VR game, Dread Meridian. Introducing players to a Lovecraftian inspired world, the game will push players reflexes and survival instincts as they cross a frozen wasteland full of eldritch horrors. Dread Meridian places players in the shoes of Daniella, a researcher who ventures to a remote island in a desperate search for her missing twin sister, Isabella. However, this expedition leads her to the frozen wastes of Oglanbyen. Here the nightmare begins. The game, built ground up to be a VR experience, forces players into a survival experience. In fact, gamers will need to scavenge for supplies, solve mind-bending puzzles, and come face-to-face with horrific creatures that are not of this world. Importantly, planning is essential to your survival. You will have limited ammo, forced to make split-second choices, and engage in intense melee combat all in the name of survival and finding your sister. Interestingly, every encounter is meant to make the player feel vulnerable, exposing them to the darkness at the edges of this reality. Additionally, gamers looking for an added challenge can play online in PVP.
