The World of Raven2 Just Got Bigger
Netmarble has released a new update for its brutal dark fantasy MMORPG Raven2, bringing a festive limited-time event and a major new guild-focused feature.
The Snowflake Festival is a seasonal event dungeon available until January 6, 2026. Players can explore the Snowflake Festival Hill dungeon and challenge the Gingerbread Man to earn themed rewards, including the Heroic Holy Garments Festival of the Silent Star or Herald of Winter, the Rare Holy Garment Temptation of the Holy Night, and a Rare Familiar called Snopon. A special check-in event is also live, granting players a Heroic Holy Garment Summon Scroll for logging in.
Alongside the festival, the update introduces the Ancient Fortress, a permanent, large-scale GvG mode. Up to 24 guilds in each world can compete across four battlefields. Entry is determined through a bidding process using the in-game item Invitation from the Lost Kingdom. Up to four guilds per server can secure their access.
Within the Ancient Fortress, guilds will face powerful bosses across multiple areas. The guild that defeats the final boss, Protector Parnaq, will claim victory and earn a large Crystal reward. The first Ancient Fortress competition begins on January 10, 2026. It is accompanied by the Ancient Fortress Support Mission event, which offers chances to obtain Heroic Crafting Blueprints or Heroic Skill Book Crafting Blueprints.
Raven2 is the official sequel to Raven, also known as EvilBane: The Iron King. Set in a dark fantasy world, the game follows members of the Special Corps as they investigate dangerous incidents under royal orders and take part in large-scale, ruthless warfare.
