Join the Fight in Raiders of Blackveil
Wombo Games, an independent studio founded by IO Interactive co-founder Janos Flösser, has revealed that its upcoming co-op rogue-lite Raiders of Blackveil will arrive on Steam Early Access on December 15, 2025. Additionally, a free demo version is already available on Steam for everyone to try out.
Raiders of Blackveil offers a mix of strategy and action designed for both solo adventurers and co-op teams. The game perfectly blends MOBA-style champions, RPG loot systems, and PvE extraction gameplay. The Early Access release marks an important step in shaping the evolving world of Blackveil. It introduces a new biome titled “The Harvest Operation,” featuring 11 new enemies and two major bosses. Alongside these additions comes an expanded perk system, fresh items, and refined mechanics. These features will all be available when the game fully releases in 2026.

Set in a dystopian industrial fantasy world, the game follows an uprising of oppressed animals against the human-led mega-corporation known as Blackveil. Designed for one to three players, it invites players to lead the rebellion through brutal factories. Along the way, you’ll uncover long-buried secrets, gather powerful loot, and strike back against the corporate empire.
