The indie game studio Lynkpin Game has officially launched its cozy companion idle game, NoSlack Pets: Lo-Fi Paws, on Steam today. It is available for just $5.09 at a 15% discount until 15th November. A demo is also live on the platform along with the Halloween update; however, it will retire on 11th November.
NoSlack Pets: LoFi Paws blends relaxation, focus, and light social interaction into a soothing desktop experience. At the heart of the game is Miino, a gentle cat companion who rests quietly at the edge of your screen while you work, study, or unwind. Every 30 minutes, players can open a Gift Box to receive random Headgear items. They can use it to fuse, collect, or trade on the Steam Market. With over 600 room decorations and more than 300 Headgear options, players can customize both Miino and their virtual space to match their personal style.
The experience extends beyond simple decoration. A built-in Pomodoro Timer, LoFi music, and white noise help maintain focus, while the Cat Bus feature allows you to organize small productivity tools for easy access. For those seeking a bit of community, the Online Study Room invites players to learn and open Gift Boxes together.
