Spread Chaos in Raging Bill
Artpunk Studio has announced that Raging Bill will launch on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store this fall. Created by solo developer Jérôme Tissot, better known as Muttonheads, the French electronic music DJ and producer, Raging Bill brings a wild mix of absurd humor, retro flair, and cutting-edge tech to players later this year.

In Raging Bill, players step into the gloves of Bill, a retired MMA champion and eccentric billionaire. His peaceful life on a private island gets shattered by absolute chaos. In a single afternoon, partygoers overrun his beach, a UFO crashes into the jungle, zombies claw their way out of the ground, a dragon swoops overhead, a strange virus spreads, and the weather takes a turn for the bizarre. Bill answers it all the only way he knows how: with over-the-top fists, ridiculous gadgets, and plenty of attitude.
Cult hits like Duke Nukem, Goat Simulator, and Only Up inspire the game’s open world. It perfectly blends melee and ranged combat, platforming, high-speed races, boss battles, puzzles, and complete sandbox freedom. Players fly with jetpacks, crush enemies with hoverboards, or fling zombies with bare-knuckle punches.
Built with Unreal Engine 5, Raging Bill uses Nanite, Lumen, Chaos physics, advanced ragdoll systems, and cinematic slow motion to create a 5 km² playground packed with verticality, hidden secrets, varied biomes from deserts to snowy peaks, and countless nods to 80s and 90s pop culture.
With its release window now set for fall, Artpunk Studio is teasing plenty of mayhem to come. Fans eager for over-the-top action and unpredictable physics will be able to dive into Raging Bill later this year.
