Guardians Stand ReadyÂ
With the world at stake, no sacrifice is to great. Yet, who will stand up to make that sacrifice? Luckily for us, the Guardians are here to save the world. Today, Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. is happy to announce a new demo for their upcoming 2D isometric roguelike, Towa and the Guardians of the Sacred Tree. Introducing players to a deep world full of life and lore, Towa allows players to use exciting swordplay and movement to explore and fight. Importantly, the demo is allowing players to familiarize themselves with the hub area of the main game. A press release provides more details. Additionally, a trailer gives gamers a look at what they can expect from the game.Â

Towa and the Guardians of the Sacred Tree is a 2D isometric roguelike placing players in the shoes of several heroes. Allowing players to take on the game as eight playable heroes, the game features fast-paced combat with varying playstyles depending on the character chosen. Interestingly, the demo will allow players to begin their adventure by exploring the hub area of the game, Shinju Village, and play as four of the eight characters. The village features a host of features. For instance, helpful NPCS, shops, and more. Additionally, the game will allow players to try out its mechanics as four characters. Importantly, the characters available are Rekka, Shigin, Origami, and Nishikito. Together, they will take on Mogatsu and his minions, the Magaori.
