We got great news for all the mecha and tactical RPG fans! Players can now dive into the demo for SUPER ROBOT WARS Y, available on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5. The demo covers the game’s opening chapter, offering a taste of its grid-based tactical battles. Here, legendary mecha from multiple anime worlds unite against common threats.
Progress from the demo, including custom characters, items, and resources, will carry over to the full version when it launches on August 28. The game will be available on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. Players who complete the first chapter will also unlock special in-game rewards at launch. Furthermore, Steam buyers will also automatically receive the same bonuses.

These crossover encounters play out on tactical grids, blending strategic planning with cinematic attack sequences.
Digital pre-orders are now live for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam in three editions. They are: Digital Standard, Digital Deluxe, and Digital Ultimate. Each edition offers varying bonuses, giving fans multiple ways to experience this ultimate robot anime crossover.
