A New Platform for Game Pass
Xbox is always looking for ways to bring gaming to everyone. Of course, in order to bring a massive list of games to the public, Xbox employs their Game Pass. Now, the famed Game Pass is arriving to a brand new platform. Today, Xbox announced that Game Pass will be coming to the Amazon Firestick. Importantly, this means that hundreds of games will be available to Amazon Firestick users, no console required. A press release from Xbox details the ease with which players can take part in this new platform.Â
The Xbox Game Pass will be a new app on the Amazon Firestick. Obviously, participants will need an active Game Pass. Yet, as soon as the subscription is active, it is a simple as downloading the app on the Firestick. The Game Pass itself will be available on both the Fire TV Stick 4K Max (2023) ($59.99) and Fire TV Stick 4K (2023) ($49.99). Additionally, a myriad of controllers are available for use with the Firestick. For instance, gamers can use controllers like the Xbox Wireless Controller, Xbox Adaptive Controller, PlayStation DualSense, or DualShock 4 controller.
Interestingly, the Xbox Game Pass on the Firestick grants users access to a huge library of games. From Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II to Starfield, and even Forza Horizon 5, the Game Pass crosses genres as easy as it does platforms.
