Sweet Transit 1.0 Is on Its Way
Ernestas Norvaišas and Team17 Digital have announced the full release date of their strategic city builder Sweet Transit. The game is coming out of Steam Early Access on 22nd April. Moreover, it will be arriving at the Epic Games Store on the same day as well.
The full version 1.0 update will include new Civic Buildings, Production Chains, newspaper stories, and a new population. Additionally, there will be a collection of quality of life changes, and bug fixes.
Sweet Transit is a unique train-based city builder where players create intricate production lines and grow humble villages into thriving metropolises. All the while going through prime eras like the introduction of steam power and the invention of the combustion engine. Step inside the shoes of a pioneer of the industry and keep your citizens happy through the interconnected railway lines.
The game received four major updates during its Early Access stage, introducing different features such as new resource chains, buildings, and trains. Along with overhauled logistics and planning systems, customizable difficulty and world generation, ‘scenarios’ challenge mode, Steam Deck support, an updated UI, and improved tutorials. And of course, a countless number of quality of life changes.
