Rotten Flesh Release Date Unveiled Along With a New Trailer

Find Roy in Rotten Flesh

The indie video game developer Steelkrill Studio has announced the release date for their upcoming horror game Rotten Flesh. It will be coming to PC via Steam on 22 January. Not only that, they also dropped a new official release date announcement trailer. Take a look at it right below.

Rotten Flesh is a cosmic horror game that has a very unique concept making it both immersive and innovative. You have lost your dog Roy and to find him, you must shout his name in the mic and locate him. Yes, that is right fellas, players have to use their microphones to find the good boy. And if he is nearby, he will also respond to your voice by barking.

More specifically, it’s worth noting that the microphone input is entirely optional and can be deactivated. The control will change to voice acting instead of calling out Roy. Nevertheless, the developer strongly advises utilizing a microphone to enhance the overall experience.

You’re going to venture into the intricate depths of the sewers where the dog disappeared. However, caution is crucial as there’s another presence lurking in the tunnels that can also hear your calls. It’s important to note that these entities are decidedly non-human.

The game features cosmic horror, fear, jumpscares, and loud sounds, that are sure to keep you on the edge of your seat. So, are you ready to find your best friend amidst the dangers of the sewers?
