Tekken 8 Closed Beta Test Begins This October With Sign-up Available Now
Prepare for an epic showdown in Tekken 8! Bandai Namco has scheduled a closed beta test for the game, set to run from October 21 to 24, building anticipation for its January 2024 release.

The closed beta will embrace all platforms – Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC – with cross-play enabled throughout. A total of 19 characters will be at your disposal. These include the 16 from the Closed Network Test in July, along with the additions of Raven, Feng, and the brand-new fighter, Azucena.
Dive into three exciting modes during the beta: Ranked Match, Quick Match, and Battle Tutorial. This testing phase also introduces the Tekken Fight Lounge, a social hub revealed at Evo 2023 in August.
Feng Wei, a beloved series veteran, rejoins the fray, solidifying his presence in Tekken’s storied history. His showdown with Leroy Smith, a prominent character from Tekken 7, takes center stage in an intense new trailer.
Tekken 8’s official release is on January 26, gracing Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. For eager participants, sign-ups for the October closed beta are available on the game’s official website. Notably, those who took part in the Closed Network Test in July receive automatic access, setting the stage for an exciting month of Tekken action.
