Molly Medusa: Queen of Spit, the gravity-bending puzzle game is out now for PC on Steam. Neckbolt aka Niklas Hallin is the sole developer and Burning Planet Digital is the publisher of the game. This title will take you on an adventure full of mystical temples and interesting labyrinths that are beyond human comprehension.
Niklas Hallin told everyone these lines regarding the game and himself. “My name is Niklas, and my solo-developed indie game Molly Medusa is finally coming to Steam. Like my previous game (Yono and the Celestial Elephants), it’s a wholesome adventure with a focus on puzzles and level design. But this time it’s in third-person 3D, and everything and everyone turns to stone! It’s solo-developed and personal, with puzzle dungeons, twisting gravity, bosses to petrify, and a sense of adventure and sailing!”
The story follows Molly, the sculptor’s apprentice who got the curse of Medusa. So, every living thing she goes near instantly turns into a stone statue. Every living thing! Enemies and friends, bosses and shopkeepers, monsters and allies, even animals and small insects, they all turn to stone. The game explores philosophical themes like loneliness and alienation.
