Dwerve Crawling Towards Nintendo Switch Release

Tower Crawler

Sometimes tower defending just needs a little something more. For instance, sometimes leaving the towers and adventuring into the dungeons beyond the towers. Today, Half Human Games is happy to announce that their tower defense RPG,  Dwerve, is coming to Nintendo Switch in October. Releasing to Switch on October 12th, the game allows Switch players to adventure to a mountain full of monsters. Surviving is a whole different task. A press release provides players with more info on the game itself. Furthermore, a release date trailer gives players a glimpse of what they can expect.

Dwerve

Dwerve places players in the boots of a young dwarf. As a tinkerer, your thirst for knowledge has led you to a fallen kingdom inside of a mountain. This kingdom is full of ancient artifacts, weapons, and more. Yet, the dwarves aren’t the only ones with their eyes on this rich kingdom. The evil Witch-Queen Vandra and her army have plans of their own for the kingdom. Of course, players aren’t just gonna let these monsters walk all over them.

Importantly, players will use a combination of defensive inventions, like turrets, and special traps constructed in the kingdom to survive the Queen’s army.  Yet, this is only one half of the adventure. Exploring the mountain is also necessary. For instance, exploration is bound to yield new friends, within the winding tunnels and landscapes of the mountain, and even legendary artifacts.

Dwerve is releasing to the Nintendo Switch and the Epic Games Store on October 12th. Currently, the game is available on Steam.
