It’s time to become an adventurer. Only this time, you’re one of the goblins. It’s up to you to save the entire species, don’t let another goblin die. Today, Orc Chop Games is happy to announce the release of a new demo for their upcoming RPG, Goblin Stone. Available from today until August 3rd, the demo allows players to take their first steps into the storybook world of the game. A press release provides details about the game and its mechanics. Additionally, a dem trailer allows players to get a glimpse of the game’s art style and gameplay.Â
Goblin Stone introduces players to a world where adventurers, hungry for XP and loot, have driven Goblins and Orcs almost to extinction. However, not all hope is lost. Players must gather a ragtag group of goblins into a party to save the entire species. Interestingly, the game brings players to a procedurally generated world with an added legacy system. Importantly, this means no two runs of the game will be the same. Goblin Stone utilizes a turn-based battle system drawing inspiration from classic RPGs. However, the game also combines these battle mechanics with concepts like base building, breeding new goblins with different traits and skills, and more.Â

Goblin Stone is releasing later in 2023 on PC via Steam. Additionally, it is expected to release on Consoles in 2024. Of course, the demo is available now until August 3rd.Â
