One Lonely Outpost Begins Exploring Space on Early Access

Farming in Space

It’s time to explore the final frontier like never before. Welcome to a galaxy full of potential, mysteries, and adventure. It’s time to step onto Calypso, the rusty-hued planet with the potential for life. Today, developer and publisher Freedom Games is happy to announce the launch of their interstellar farming sim, One Lonely Outpost, into Early Access. The game combines base building with RPG elements to bring a unique experience to gamers. A press release discusses some of the details of the game. Additionally, a launch trailer gives players a look at the game.

One Lonely Outpost

One Lonely Outpost places players on the planet of Calypso. As the first pioneer on this newly habitable planet, the goal is simple: ensure a colony is hospitable for the future of humanity. Players will step out of their space RV and plant the first seeds that will become the oxygen makers for this new world. Of course, this is just the first step. In order to make sure the planet is liveable, players will need to explore the landscape, cultivate food, develop shelters, and more to make the outpost less desolate. Importantly, the colonists that arrive too the new world will need to work together to ensure that humanity survives.

Of course, players can get a look at the game in the new launch trailer. Check out the trailer below for a glimpse of the art style and gameplay of One Lonely Outpost.

One Lonely Outpost is out on Early Access for PC via Steam.
