Horror Game Mundaun Is Now Available On Next-Gen Consoles
Annapurna Interactive along with Hidden Fields originally released their horror game, Mundaun, on PlayStation 4, Switch, Xbox One and PC in March 2021. The game was well received and Annapurna Interactive took over publishing the game from MWM Interactive. At its showcase yesterday, the publisher announced that the game is now available on next-gen platforms, the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. Furthermore, fans will enjoy an update filled with cool features.
Thus, interested fans can purchase the game for their next-gen platforms at $19.99USD. Based on the update, players will get enjoy 4K / 60 frames per second support on current-gen platforms, additional bug fixes, new languages, and more. Moreover, the game is described as follows, “Mundaun is a lovingly hand-penciled horror tale set in a dark, secluded valley of The Alps. Explore various areas full of secrets to discover, survive hostile encounters, drive vehicles, fill your inventory, and solve a variety of handcrafted puzzles.”
Additionally, players must keep track of a robust inventory system as they explore varied and open levels across the map. Also, there are several puzzles to solve in the game world as players make their way up the mountain and interact with unique and eccentric inhabitants. Therefore, players must maintain their fear factor as they move across the map, as it slows the protagonist down, leading to several issues. Annapurna Interactive continues to be a model publisher for several titles.
