Street Fighter 6 Demo Is Now Available on PlayStation Platforms
Capcom is preparing for the release of its upcoming fighting game, Street Fighter 6. The game is a long awaited sequel to Street Fighter 5, and continues the story of one of the most popular franchises in gaming history. Ahead of its release, Capcom hosted a showcase where it unveiled several details and aspects of the game. The game will be available on June 2nd on PC, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Furthermore, interested fans can enjoy the game’s demo on PlayStation platforms today, with a later release on other platforms.
On April 26th, players will get access to the demo on PC and Xbox Series X/S. Moreover, in the demo, players will enjoy learning basic battle mechanics from the tutorial mode and the ability to practice Luke and Ryu’s moves and fighting styles. Also, players can dip their toes into the World Tour, where they can enjoy the deep avatar creation feature, which will be transferred to the full game upon release.
Besides the demo, Capcom announced a ton of key details for the game. These include the World Tour, Innovation in Accessibility, Custom Avatar Battles and the classic fighting experience, with extra spice. Additionally, in Year One, players will have access to four new characters via DLC content. These characters are Rashid of the Turbulent Wind, the beast Akuma, A.K.I., and Ed, the young commander.
