Bomb Rush Cyberfunk Will Officially Release In Mid July
In 2021, TeamReptile, a video game development company, announced that it was releasing Bomb Rush Cyberfunk. It was clear, from the game’s inception, that it drew inspiration from Jet Set Radio, a fan-favorite title. Despite some delays over the past two years, the company has confirmed that the game will release on PC via Steam and the Nintendo Switch on August 18th. Furthermore, the developer plans to release the game on other platforms at a later date. The company is yet to specify that date and which platforms it will release on.
In the latest trailer, that is under a minute long, viewers get a quick look at various aspects of the game. This includes its graphics, music, characters and some of the dialogue between characters. Moreover, the game is described as, “In a world from the mind of Dion Koster, where self-styled crews are equipped with personal boostpacks, new heights of graffiti are reached.” Thus, players can cypher, play, paint, dance and more to the music in the expansive metropolis of Hideki Naganuma.
Furthermore, the game has a ton of key features. These include choosing a crew and exploring the streets, painting the walls with graffiti on a journey to notoriety and encountering some weirdos. Also, players will enjoy dynamic gameplay as they will be able to string trick together to increase their scores along with combos. Bomb Rush Cyberfunk seems to be a fantastic throwback title with inspiration from a classic game.
