Adventure Game Star Trek Resurgence Will Release In Late MayÂ
Dramatic Labs has been working on Star Trek Resurgence for some time, as it was delayed from late 2022 into 2023. The game is set to release on PC via the Epic Games Store, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Furthermore, the developers have now confirmed that the game will release on May 23rd, 2023. It is described as a narrative, adventure game.
Via its official Twitter, the company stated, “Prepare to make your mark on the galaxy in our interactive narrative adventure game — where you’re at the heart of an original Star Trek story, and the fate of your crew comes down to your choices!” Previously, the company confirmed the need for a delay to polish the game and make it more immersive. In the game, players will have the opportunity to enjoy the game as two different characters.
Moreover, players will jump into a world that is filled with relationship building, exploration and several dialogue choices. First Officer Jara Rydek and Engineering Ensign Carter Diaz must unravel a sinister plot involving two civilizations on the brink of war. Thus, players, through their journey, will be posed with difficult challenges, tough choices to make and fun, action gameplay. Also, the Star Trek universe in and of itself offers a great experience for fans and Dramatic Labs has great experience in creating compelling stories.
