Remnant II Shows Off Class With Man’s Best Friend in New Trailer

The Handler Archetype 

It’s almost time to once again step into the ravaged world of Remnant. This time though you really don’t need to be alone. You can have man’s best friend by your side. Today, Gearbox Publishing and Gunfire Games are happy to unveil the newest class coming their upcoming action-survival shooter, Remnant II. The new class, the Handler, provides a whole new way to play focusing on commanding their dog companion to coordinate attacks. A press release provides more details about the class and game as whole. Additionally, players can check out the new “Man’s Best Friend” trailer for a look at the Handler class. 

Remnant II is returning players to the world of the first game. Ravaged, devastated, destroyed, the world is full of various threats that players must overcome. Importantly, players can team up with two other friends or go it alone and face these challenges as a lone wolf. Interestingly, every time players start a new playthrough of the game they will be brought into a new world built from  a wide pool of locations, enemies, NPCs, bosses, and weapons. 

The new class, The Handler, adds a whole new dynamic to combat. Of course, this dynamic is a pet dog. Using the dog, the Handler focusses on teamwork and canine combat. Additionally, the Handler’s dog can even revive teammates and the Handler themselves. Of course, players can get a better look at the class in the new trailer. Check it out below.
